Cassette is a joint venture between G&D and Kaiko Shimura of pedal-strike. Two co-conspirators sharing an unhealthy obsession with cycling and style.

It started, like most things should, at a bike shop.  An offer to trade a handmade cycling cap for a hand-printed t-shirt, a coincidental trip already planned to New York City from Boston, and a recommended bike shop. A little luck, too, and two cups of good espresso. And an idea was born.

We're currently working on some one-offs and new colorways for Summer 2010 (and more stuff for the ladies!) Stay tuned.

The life of a Belgian hardman. One that many aspire to. But even these stoic paragons of cycling have their sweet soft spots. 

A reminder that even Flemish cycling heroes are human, we printed these shirts on American Apparel fine jersey unisex shirts with water soluble ink. They’re soft enough to lounge in while watching 'cross races from the comfort of your couch, or just riding acrund town - but make sure to eat an authentic wafel de Liege, whatever you do.
