We Must Break You

Russian Global Cycling Project™ Katusha had their team presentation today and simultaneously launched their new website. With the exception of the 2011 hardcore red colorway (taken straight from the ProConti Itera boys) the site is an extension of last year's, which isn't a bad thing. (I cannot endorse the use of Bauhaus as the header font, however). 

You can't say the Russians don't take image seriously. We're not talking LAYOTARD TREK understated image, though. There are healthy doses of flashy photos everywhere, in addition to a 10 minute, techno-infused, overproduced team video that will make you want to drink raw eggs and then ride 150 miles.

The coup de grace can be found in the Fans Area of the site - an awesome new "Autograph" feature. In addition to providing massive-res, downloadable rider cards of the entire squad, you can now customize each one.
